When you use the PristinePro app, we may also collect account credentials, service requests, inspection reports, supply orders, and communications between you and your assigned cleaning crew.

We retain contact form submissions for up to 3 years for business records purposes, after which they are securely deleted.

Active client records are retained for the duration of the service relationship plus 7 years for tax and legal compliance. Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google Analytics' standard retention settings (up to 14 months by default).

Our website and services are directed at businesses and are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
